Saint Germain Bakery

Saint Germain Bakery opened over 15 years ago and now branches out in Oakridge Mall, Metrotown Mall, Aberdeen Centre and Park Royal Centre. A renowned French baker from St. Germain, France, came to Vancouver in 1986 and helped to train the St. Germain staff here in the art of baking. Following that, renowned top bakers from Tokyo and Hong Kong were invited to pass their skills on to our staff. St. Germain's managers also attended a special training program at BCIT
