We love gardening and watching our peppers grow. This season we are growing a variety of habaneros (chocolate habanero, orange habanero, white habanero), datil peppers from St. Augustine, FL, Solar flare, Bhut Jolokia, Puruvian Orange, Aribibi Gusano, Czech Black, several Scotch Bonnets, Jamacian Red, Savina, and more! We will be selling seeds this fall. The seeds for sale for the public to buy will be available after we harvest the peppers during the fall. The season will produce plentiful amounts of rare distinctive hot peppers that are desired by many. Please e-mail us if you would like to pre-order. Our dry rubs consits of chipotle (which is of a mild heat that has a classic smokey flavor), a BBQ rub, and a Jamacian Jerk rub. All of our all natural rubs have been created by us. We have a list of festivals, street fairs, music festivals, flea markets, spring and fall events, all over America that we will be attending for this year. It has been an honor to work with him since we both love what we do. Nicole Ramsperger and Johnny McLaughlin are the sole owners of Heartbreaking Dawns. The company was started several years ago. Johnny grew up in Midland Park, NJ and graduate from Midland Park High School. From there he continued his education at Bergen Community College and then moved on to attend Indian University in Bloomington, IN. He received his degree in Comparitive Literature and Near Eastern Language and Culture. Nicole lived in Teaneck, NJ for the first 12 years of her life them moved to Wcykoff. She graduated Ramapo High School in Franklin Lakes NJ in 2004. She then went on to Bergen Community College and then State University of New York at New Paltz (SUNY NEW PALTZ). The anticpated graduation date is May 2010. She is a psychology major and plans to continue her education after finishing her undergraduate degree. We love cooking.
