Clay Wainscott: expressionist representational painter

I cover a broad array of subjects commonly seen, universally familiar, and already a part of everyone's visual inventory. My concern is not with the object depicted but with how we see it. I overdrive visual cues and reconstitute elements usually disregarded to produce an image more viscerally believable than photo accuracy.
